Transparent Pricing & Insurance Support

We work with your insurance—and your situation.

Clear estimates. Direct insurer coordination. Flexible options when money is tight:
case-by-case deductible support*, sliding-scale pricing, and limited pro bono availability.

Insurance Coordination

From the moment you call us, we take care of every step in the process so you don’t have to carry the burden alone. Our team carefully documents the loss, prepares a fully compliant scope of work, captures and submits supporting photos, and communicates directly with your insurance carrier on your behalf.

By managing the details, we remove the stress and confusion that often come with claims—ensuring your case is handled accurately, efficiently, and with your best interests in mind.

  • Complete claim paperwork handled on your behalf
  • Transparent, line-itemed estimates for clarity
  • Direct insurance billing whenever permitted
Sliding Scale Availability

When insurance is not available, we provide compassionate financial support options to ensure families can still receive the help they need.
Depending on circumstances, our team may review eligibility for sliding-scale pricing, deductible assistance, or—in limited cases—charitable pro bono service.
Each situation is evaluated individually, and all work is performed to the same professional standards and attention to detail that we bring to every project.

  • On-site or virtual assessment available
  • Scope developed to recognized industry standards
  • Comprehensive before-and-after photo documentation
Flexible Financial Support – Because We Care*

When finances are tight, we stand with families—working discreetly, respectfully, and with compassion. Our goal is to ensure no one goes without safe, professional cleanup support.

  • Case-by-case deductible assistance, up to $1,500 for residential claims*
  • Sliding-scale adjustments when insurance does not apply
  • Pro bono availability in select hardship situations. Consult your team member for details.
  • Reduced pricing options for first responders, law enforcement, EMTs, and others who serve the community
Deductible Assistance – Support When It’s Needed Most*

For qualifying residential insurance claims, we may apply up to $1,500 toward your deductible to ease the burden during a difficult time.

  • Available only for residential claims (not commercial)
  • Applied directly to the deductible balance on approved insurance-covered jobs
  • Not valid for projects under $1,500 or outside the insurance process

This program exists to support families in crisis — not as a discount or promotion — so no one goes without safe, professional cleanup when it’s most needed.
Deductible assistance is a courtesy credit solely from Bio Management.

*Important Notes on Financial Assistance

Financial assistance—including deductible support, sliding-scale adjustments, or pro bono service—is reviewed case-by-case. Availability varies by job type, policy terms, documentation, and regulatory requirements. Assistance cannot override insurer decisions, exclusions, or coverage limits.

In limited circumstances, Bio Management may elect, at its sole discretion, to provide services at reduced or no cost as a charitable contribution to families in need. Such assistance is offered only when no applicable insurance coverage is available and the family demonstrates limited financial resources. These decisions are final, non-precedential, and create no obligation to extend similar assistance in other cases.

This charitable assistance does not represent Bio Management’s usual or customary rates and will be documented separately as a goodwill donation of resources, labor, or time. In all other cases, standard rates apply and are billed through available insurance coverage whenever possible.

Financial assistance applies only to the remediation phase of work (cleanup, decontamination, and hazard removal). It does not apply to any reconstruction, repair, or rebuilding services, which remain the responsibility of the property owner or insurer.

Standards & Compliance

  • Work is performed in substantial compliance with applicable OSHA, EPA, and ANSI/IICRC standards of care.
  • Specific procedures may vary based on site conditions, materials encountered, and safety considerations.
  • Documentation (including photographs and service reports) is created for safety, quality, and insurance submission purposes.
  • Bio Management does not provide public adjusting services and does not make insurance coverage determinations.

Service Terms (Summary)

Scope of Services

We provide a transparent estimate before work begins. Estimates are based on observed conditions and may be adjusted if additional hazards or requirements are identified. All invoices are billed at our usual and customary rates unless otherwise documented in writing.

Insurance Coordination

Where permitted, we submit invoices and documentation directly to insurance carriers. We are not insurance adjusters and do not make coverage determinations. Final coverage decisions rest solely with the insurer. The customer remains financially responsible for any charges not paid by insurance, including deductibles, exclusions, and any uncovered services.
