Insurance pays in most cases and Bio Management Northwest waives your deductible so there’s no cost to you. However, when a job isn’t covered by insurance, we use sliding scale pricing to determine the cost.
We consider several key factors. The cost is determined by the number of technicians necessary, the hours required to do the job, the amount of hazardous material needing disposal, and the cost of certain supplies needed to complete the cleaning process.
Homeowners and Renters Insurance
Most death, trauma, blood, and crime scenes are covered by your insurance company. We take pride in working directly with your insurer so that you are able to focus upon the welfare of your family and loved ones.
Bio Management Northwest waives your deductible (up to $1000.00) on all homeowners and renters insurance claims. We strongly believe that family members should not have to bear any of the cost for such a tragic and disheartening event.
We can assist the insured after the original claim has been filed with expedited & detailed documentation of the scene to your insurance company. Homeowners and renters insurance pays for our costs more than 95% of the time, unless a written exclusion exists.
When policy holders call their insurance company, often times the adjuster’s office will try to coerce policy holders into using a specific company such as Service Master, Servpro, etc. They do so because they have more control over these companies that want to be on their “referral list.” The law states that clients are free to use whom ever they choose, and that benefits and guarantees can not be withheld from policy holders. These companies may not be licensed, qualified, or have much experience.
When you are in need of a cleanup for a death, trauma, suicide, or tragedy scene, it is imperative that you hire someone who is professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. You have the right to call a company that will remediate the scene correctly the first time.
Meth Decontamination, Water, Mold, and Fire Damage
Depending on your coverage, insurance policies occasionally have coverage for your meth contamination, water, mold, and fire damage needs. We are happy to help you take a look at your policy and see if it may be covered.
